If you are looking for curtains, look no further. Tim provides great service and high-quality, sturdy curtains at a fair price. We’ve had ours 3 years now. Even after all this time, Tim helped us replace some hooks that my kid broke, and he didn't even charge us for them. A business that really cares about its customers!

Really happy we went with Window Art for our blinds, curtains, and ziptrack needs. We came to them last minute, and special thank you to our rep Wilson, who made it work without any fuss at all. Contacted James and Tim and within few days Tim came by to do all the necessary measurements. Appointment date set and so happened I have another appointment at a specific timing and they ensured they were on time just now. Installation was done within 30mins. The finishing was exactly what I wanted. The material recommended by Tim was superb. Very professional and great service without any hard selling. Thank you very much. Very satisfied and recommended

I got their contact from my daughter. They installed blinds at my daughter’s condo. The person who co-ordinatef the work was Mr. Wilson Cheng Very friendly and helpfull. Came for the 1st appointment punctually. Given good advice and recommended good tips on selecting correct blinds.Price is very very reasonable.
The installation work was done very professionally and fast.
I strongly recommend Window Art Pte Ltd to whom ever is looking for a supplier/contractor for their new blinds, whether their new homes or existing homes.

WindowArt has done an excellent job with the installation of venetian blinds in our new home. They are very priced competitively without compromising on quality and service.
Wilson had been a prompt, friendly and reliable contact point. The installer was also very proficient in his job and we were very happy with the service and end product!

We have compared quite a few businesses and I think we cannot be happier with our decision made.

Messaged them for a quote and received no reply after a few days. Followed up and the staff told me to send all the details again which I did, only to get blocked after.

First time seeing such unprofessional behaviour from a business - blocking a customer for nothing?

If you don’t want to do business then just say so 😂

EDIT: Who am I supposed to contact to share more details if i’m blocked on Whatsapp? That’s the only number I can get through

I had a great experience getting my blinds fixed. The technician was punctual, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it on the spot. My blinds are working perfectly now! Really appreciate the friendly attitude and efficient service. Highly recommended if you need any blind in your home

Although there were some hiccups during the process—such as incorrect curtain measurements and minor wall damage during installation—I truly appreciate the team’s professionalism and responsibility in resolving all the issues. Special thanks to Enson, who coordinated with me throughout. He was responsive, patient, and ensured everything was fixed properly and completed before my move-in day. Wilson came down to my house, measured and showed what are his available designs of blinds. He is patient and experienced as i asked him for 2nd opinion.

On installation day. The team came late, but already informed me in advanced due to inclement weather at the other client's place. I'm fine with that.

The installation team installed the 2 blinds in less than 30 mins. Very swift and experienced.

The blinds designs are very nice and very functional. Looks like a quality product

I had a great experience with WindowArt! Wilson was engaged to help me with my purchase. It started off with his early arrival at my place, assessed and did his measurement swiftly, shared his knowledge about curtains and materials with me, helped me to choose my requested beautiful neutral colours and designs (there was one whole big luggage of materials to choose from) and most importantly the reasonable price (as usual, did my homework by checking around before decision and thanks Wilson for rounding off the sum that took away the loose change). I did only one window, yes, but still wanted to praise their installation team for very fast installation (got done within 10 minutes). The procedure was important which was shown by the installation team. Both Wilson and installation team members (Installation team members offered to dispose my old blind) are very polite and helpful too! At the same time performing their work in a very professional way. Thanks again to Window Art for their product and service!

Nick service is outstandingly superb. There are many curtain design to choose from. Also the pricing of the curtain is the most reasonable one out there in the market compared to those popular boutiques out there! Reasonable priced product..
Quality was good.

Before and sales and after sales service were great. Due to packaging and transport, curtains (5 sets) were wrinkly. They came over within 1 week to iron the curtain.. all good.

Last pic is the guy diligently ironing, took him 3 hours to do so.. job well done...

I had a great experience getting my curtains from here. Nick from the start was friendly, responsive and gave great and advise according to my usage and preferences. Like a friend, he could help me decide with expertise when I could not choose. The cost is reasonable, not lowest not highest, and definitely good when the whole service and quality is great. There was good effort to be sure all is well delivered and helpfully.
Of course, I am happy with my curtains for 3 rooms. S curve, double pleated, day and night and also 1 motor added. Also happy to share this review.

I’m super happy with these curtains! The soft, neutral color goes perfectly with my decor, creating a calm and elegant vibe.
